i18n translations

First of kudos for deriviste... it's a hugely useful too for some of the things I want to do with OSM.

It would be nice to have a i18n translatable tool, so that (for example) french people can use it in their native language. Would contribute the translation part (for french at least).

Soon I will start up a document to do localization. We need to stabilize more of the app first, like add more features. This would be great to then have translated!
