Provide packages for coreboot utils

In particular, having pre-built packages for cbmem and nvramtool would be useful for QA, support, and end-users.

The AUR has a coreboot-utils-git package for some utils.

I don't know if there's a Fedora Copr or Ubuntu PPA already for them somewhere.

Can work directly with upstream by proposing to the mailing list and submitting changes to gerrit. Makefiles should be updated so that the make install target can be used for packaging (e.g. CB:60540) instead of manually installing all files like the AUR package.
