I had a bad actor replace my firmware with a version with the AMT - I need a clean copy of the meer4 to recovery via security jumper.

The current documentation has instructions for the leow9/-b which is different than the -w. This needs to be updated with the instructions to update through an EFI shell

I think the version listed in the changelog is the same as the new firmware. Is that a mistake on our part or there's?
