If users are having update, or internet connectivity issues, as a troubleshooting step, all installed VPN configurations should be disabled. I think it would be informative to denote potential configuration issues, despite support.

I followed this article use vpn software to setup vpn on my laptop but i get this error. Screenshot from 2022-09-06 13-12-34
