Add more information on cross-platform file-sharing in PopOS. Possibly add third party tools, such as Syncthing, or ssh instructions.

I'd like to see a guide on how to share a folder on a Pop!OS computer to a Windows computer using SMB. There is only an article on sharing between 2 Pop! computers using dav.
