Add note about Gamehub compatability

Gamehub doesn't work on Pop!_OS > 20.04. There should be something added to the gaming document to specify which version of Pop!_OS the guide is based on, or a note should be added to the Gamehub section to avoid confusion when users can't install the application on 21.04.
