Add JK-B2A8S20P firmware 11.17 support (BLE, JK02_32S)

This PR introduces support for slightly changed frames because it the firmware supports/reserves space for more cells (24S vs. 32S) now. Most registers are shifted by 82 bytes (cell voltages) and 82 bytes (cell resistances). May be the number of temperature probes was increased too.

  • [ ] Try to auto-detect the new frame format
