Please don't use this custom component anymore. Your device is supported officially of the HA core.

I am at the same point as tiimsvk Tried to install chuangmi_ir to have i Ha small , light recorder/sender of IR codes. But it is not possible,

"The system cannot restart because the configuration is not valid: Platform error switch.chuangmi_ir - Integration 'chuangmi_ir' not found"

Syssi You wrote it is because those services are officially supported in HA CORE. What does it mean? Is there native service to learn/send IR codes in HA and it is working without additional addon? What are the name of those native services for recording/sending IR codes via climacompanion without climacompanion integration which I do not need? I had to specially install climacompanion addon from HACS to use this two services for sending and receiving IR codes. I tought I will be able to uninstall climacompanion which I need only for those two services. In replacement for climacompanion I planned to use "chuangme ir" which is small peace of software. But it can not be installed. Why>? Where am I doing wrong? I probably do not know something. Is there a simple way to record and send IR codes via Xiaomi climacompanion ?

uninstall full syssi integration and add lines in configuration.yaml

Thank you, Thank You, Thank You! It was so simple :)))))))))))))))))) Why this information is not in doc for XIAOMI climacompanion . Why people do not know about it? Why info for XIAOMI Climacompanion say nothing about it?

I am at home now, and it is not like I tought. I can not use those new services. they are probably only for IR Remote and not for climacompanion. Did you tried to learn IR commands via climacompanion? For me it is not working :( and I still need help from Syssi.
