I understand this is a starter kit but if somebody has time to implement these features, it'd be great...

Logout functionality. See #485 for more detail. Add the Google Recaptcha during the registration Track the user IP every time she does a login Maximum 'n' number of attempts a user can make to login. If she fails, inactivate the user. Able to register using Mobile and One Time Password. This feature will discourage the fake user registrations.
