fix: adminKey variable not expanded in ingress-controller (fixes #819)

Fix for #819

Setting config.apisix.existingSecret in ingress controller causes the key to be defined as "{{.DEFAULT_CLUSTER_ADMIN_KEY}}"

Similar to #608 but for the ingress controller. Looks like it is missing a `$` in https://github.com/apache/apisix-helm-chart/blob/9bee0ad346a7919a84c45d022b83485191b709b5/charts/apisix-ingress-controller/templates/configmap.yaml#L70
