CPS token transaction confirmed but not found

Hello,

I have done a transaction from blockmarket to my coinpayements acount. Transaction confirmed on blockmarket but still not apear on my coinpayements acount.

This is an answer from CP support : "syscoin doesn't seem to be recognizing 64090a107c37aa932c724c7a723437a32845a4d3e7453b93079b6bda214fac5a as a valid asset transfer TX even though it made the blockchain".

But after reindexing my blockmarket wallet, my fund was found on my BM wallet. Resending all amount to CP, transaction confirmed( TXID : 8444515ff5312075fa09eca50cc0f7ad67962f7b37882bb3157dce6d747d0af9) but still not on my CP acount and after reindexing BM wallet nothing found on BM wallet and CP acount.

Please could i have a help ?
