Alias creation usabililty mod - low priority

While creating a new Alias, the Confirm Create Alias message box should not say "Based on your expiration date this operation is estimated to be less than 0.00 SYS." This is misleading since I have 0 sys in my wallet and cannot create Alias with 0 sys.
