Alias Creation UI/UX

BM3, I think alias creation is made for programmers and people with IQ > 160. It should be done better. If some inputs are not valid, show which ones with error message. While changing from Basic Alias to Advanced Alias creation, the values should be remembered, so, if I will insert something in "First name" in Advanced, then click to Basic and then back to Advanced, it should be remembered. There is always Cancel button, which resets fields.

Also try to explain what means "Public Value". It is very vague, users doesnt know what to fill.
