New alias not showing up even after re-indexing

Yesterday, I created an alias, saw the bar "reserving the alias" completed... but then no alias recorded. I reindexed, restart multiple times the BM3, no alias showing up.

Today, I recreated a new alias, view the "reserving the alias" completing... restarted twice the BM3.... STILL NO ALIAS visible.
