Blockmarket send problem

I downloaded the Blockmarket desktop app in Jan and deposited some SYS.

I recently went back to the app and upgraded to 1.2.3, but now I can't send the SYS out. I've tried sending small amounts to Binance. The tx shows on Blockmarket but never shows up at Binance. Not sure what to do.

Any advice?
