Pagination items per page not working on my alias and my marketplace

In My Alias, My Marketplace, and possibly Messages/Certificates (Did not test these two) If you have more than 5 items, you can attempt to change the items per page to 5 and you will see that the list of items does not change.

Step to Repro: make 6 aliases, and change the items per page to 5. The page will remain the same.

Expected behaviour: Page will truncate down to a page of 5 aliases and put the 6th one on the second page
