Is there a way to make the FileVault work?

@arbitary FileVault is OK.

New Clover already supported.

But I do not recommend you use it, it will significant lower down your battery life and performance.

I can't type in my password at the login screen after FileVault is enabled. The keyboard stopped functioning. Tried a USB keyboard and it didn't work either.

@arbitary check you have the needed drivers in clover folder. There are at least two different efi-drivers for FileVault keyboard operation.
