Boot and Clipboard Issues on High Sierra

Open chenyisen opened this issue 7 years ago • 2 comments

First of all, thanks for your contributions. Recently, I've updated to 10.13, and the elder config.plist could boot this version, however I can't use clipboard anymore. I've installed 10.13 freshly by the clover folder I used in 10.12 and succeed. The clipboard worked before use the deploy.sh. The config.plist automatically generated couldn't boot my 10.13, but the elder config used in 10.12 worked with the strike of clipboard. Now, I'm booting with elder config and can't paste anything. Could you spend some time to eliminate this mistake? Attachments are the configs that generated by script and working on 10.13 without the function of clipboard. Thanks again. config-debug.zip

Same problem here. Have you managed to solve it?

Fixed. Clipboard problem is caused by the PixelClock Patch for QHD Monitor that Edits CoreDisplay.framework. You need to use Lilu.kext + CoreDisplayFixup.kext.

I will attach here my Vanilla CoreDisplay.framework in case you need to replace it! It goes in /System/Library/Frameworks. Remember to fix permissions.

Tomorrow I will may start to edit Deploy adding 10.13 patches (keeping it compatible with 10.12 too). CoreDisplay.framework.zip
