Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the {description} field of our Reddit feed includes submitted by /u/user. This seems a bit messy.
Describe the solution you'd like Ideally I'd like to see this text striped from the description text. This allows us users the ability to choose where and how to present the author.

I've just started using this bot (via web hosting) and have run into the same thing. There's currently a lot of overlap between the title and the description and it makes for a bit of repetition.

Is it somehow possible to :
- Strip the time out of the {title} placeholder. (possibly even making time it's own placeholder?)
- The {description} placeholder currently includes all of the title. Is it possible to omit the title from the description?
- Is it possible to omit the "[full conversation]" text from the {description}?
eg. ideally I'd like to simply the above message to look like this :

Un-fortunately im not self-hosting, but I can imagine quite a lot of users use the bot for reddit who would benefit from a change like this.
Editing placeholder contents should now be possible with custom placeholders
