SAMD51 support

I was wondering if the SAMD51 might be an interesting target for the future? It is also a SAM architecture but based on Cortex M4, its cheaper and seems more "powerful" than the SAM3X the Due uses. Adafruit released a board based on the SAMD51 in a MEGA form factor which sounds like a great default target. Its also cheaper than the DUE: https://www.adafruit.com/product/4064

Would be great idea indeed! The SAMD51 is also a great uC.
