Generating patients in Hospice care

Hello,

I'm relatively new to the Synthea Generator and need to generate some patients that are currently in hospice and have the corresponding value sets/OID codes. After "run_synthea -p 1000" , the 1000 were generated. However, after grepping for HOSPICE/hospice/Hospice I did not see any matches. I tried removing all the providers except the hospice providers in the "synthea.properties" file and encountered errors. Then I pointed all the providers toward providers/hospice.csv . Many matching files were outputted, though on inspection it just has the providers named with hospice associated businesses. What I need are patients who flow through any particular Synthea workflow and end up in Hospice with hospice associated Valueset codes. Is there a way to do this?

Hospice care is being added in the bb-export branch.

See #770. When that PR is merged, hospice, home health, and skilled nursing facility support will be added.
