Can Synthea generate family relationships?

It would be useful to be able to generate families with some overlapping medical history.

Currently Synthea does not and cannot generate family history or family units.

There is a pull request in the works, #664 that aims to add synthetic DNA to the patients.

Family units would need to be done separately.
