[Feature]: PIN lock after user-specified timeout

Describe the solution

As a user I want the app to auto-lock (PIN/Biometrics) when there is no activity for an amount of time specified by the user

I would suggest to make the default 1 minute and allow the user to choose anywhere between 15 seconds and 10 minutes.
