Responsive: App scaling based on phone settings

Describe the bug If a user has a global OS text scaling set to 'large' the layout of the app breaks.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to iOS Settings -> Accessiblity -> Display & Text -> Larger Text
2. (similiar on Android)
3. Open Bitkit
4. Onboarding buttons are overlayed by text and unclickable

Expected behavior App should be usable with global text scaling.

Font scaling has been (temporarily) disabled for the whole app until we add necessary changes to have the UI display correctly with scaling enabled.
