[Feature]: Consider making the 'enable payments with contacts' option more visible

Describe the problem

If one of your contacts want to make a payment to you, you must have 'Enable payments with contacts' enabled.Currently the option to toggle payments with contacts is only available in the Settings->Advanced->Payment Preference menu. If you do not have this enabled they get a payment failed error with no further explanation.

Describe the solution

A couple of solutions:

1. We make the setting more visible, such as placing it on the Profile page
2. Show a more useful error when paying a contact fails. The sender could be notified that the contact they are trying to send to may not have this option enabled, then they can inform them. E.g. “The contact you’re trying to send to hasn’t enabled payments.”
