[Bug]: Transfer actions are missing purple activities

Describe the bug

When selecting 'Transfer To Spending' from the Savings page, the created activity is an orange 'Transfer From Savings'. We should also have a purple 'Transfer To Spending' activity.

When selecting 'Transfer To Savings' from the Spending page, the created activity is an orange 'Transfer From Spending'. We should also have a purple 'Transfer To Savings' activity.

Reproduce

Either do a regular transfer with Blocktank or an advanced manual setup. Both should result in an orange and purple activity.
