[Feature]: Add force close without broadcasting to Recovery menu

Describe the problem

I managed to get Bitkit into a state where it crashes on start even after recovery due to ERROR (LDK): We have fallen behind - we have received proof that if we broadcast our counterparty is going to claim all our funds.

Describe the solution

To resolve, Bitkit needs a recovery feature where LN connection is force closed without broadcasting an ask BT to force close with broadcasting.
