[Feature]: Improve time for spending balance to change from 0 on wallet restore

Describe the problem

Raising off the back of https://github.com/synonymdev/bitkit/issues/1934

Restoring a wallet with a LN connection will often show a spending balance of 0 for a short while once the main screen is displayed.

Describe the solution

The loading for the correct balance value could be done earlier so that the user doesn't have a mini-heartattack as they fear for missing funds. The alternative is to implement a spinner animation as suggested in https://github.com/synonymdev/bitkit/issues/1934.
