[Bug]: Unusual delay at Restore Your Wallet page

Describe the bug

A recent change has introduced a long wait at the Restore Your Wallet page once 'Restore' button is pressed. This wait may be needed but it should be moved to the rocket screen stage.

Reproduce

  1. Go to Restore Your Wallet
  2. Enter valid seed
  3. Press 'Restore' button
  4. Observe ~10 second delay before rocket screen appears.
