[Feature]: Recovery mode to wipe ldk backup

Describe the problem

I cannot open or restore my Bitkit wallet due to my LDK backup being in a bad state. I see this error in logcat Abort message: 'We have fallen behind - we have received proof that if we broadcast our counterparty is going to claim all our funds. as the app crashes.

Describe the solution

I need a way to wipe the LDK backup so I can start using Bitkit again; access my onchain funds, profile, and contacts.
