[Bug]: LN Connection established via Blocktank widget stuck pending in Bitkit

Describe the bug

Using the Blocktank widget to create a new LN connection, the payment was made via lightning and the "claim channel" QR was displayed. Payment was instantly received on Blocktank but stuck pending on Bitkit. Proceeding to scan to add LN connection, it was added to bitkit but as pending and status "Opening connection". It took a while for onchain tx to confirm due to slow blocks, but eventually blocktank opened the channel, see internal alert. After 5 confirmations, Bitkit has not realised the connection is open, it still displays "Opening connection".

Second recreation

On second attempt to recreate, the payment to Blocktank was received and stuck pending on Bitkit again. This somehow caused the channel that was stuck pending from the first attempt to become active, however, Bitkit thinks there is a spending balance of 10_100 yet the connection shows all of that is in reserve (see video 1). This attempt to claim the connection results in a "Unable To Open Channel (LNURL)" "Bitkit could not connect to Blocktank." error (see screenshot 4).

Reproduce

  1. Visit https://blocktank.to/
  2. Configure a channel with 10_000 sats spending and default settings otherwise
  3. Scan the QR with Bitkit wallet to pay for channel via Lightning
  4. Blocktank widget immediately recognised the payment (see screenshot 1) but Bitkit gets stuck pending payment (see screenshot 2)
  5. Whilst payment is still pending in Bitkit, scan the "claim channel' QR in Blocktank widget
  6. Confirm the channel connection in Bitkit. At this point, Bitkit recognised the payment as successful.
  7. Go to Lightning Connections and observe pending connection with status "Opening connection". Even after the onchain tx confirms, connection is still stuck in this state and is unusable (see screenshot 3).
