[Bug]: Boosted transfer activity permanently shows 'Boosting' status even once confirmed

Describe the bug

When I boost a 'Transfer From Savings' activity it correctly displays 'Boosting' status but this status doesn't change to 'Confirmed' once the transactions confirm.

Reproduce

1. Initiate transfer from savings to spending balance
2. Before the channel opening tx confirms, boost it
3. Observe activity status is 'Boosting'
4. Wait for onchain confirmation of the txs
5. Observe activity status is still 'Boosting' when it should have changed to 'Confirmed'
