[Bug]: Pending transfer is not detected on wallet restore

Describe the bug

If a wallet restore is performed during a pending restore there is no Transfer suggestion or Incoming Transfer amount displayed. These were being displayed before the restore.

Reproduce

  1. Have some pending transfer (for me it was two LN channels that were payed for but not yet open)
  2. Wipe wallet and restore
  3. Observe no Transfer suggestion or Incoming Transfer amount even though LN channels are still pending
