[Bug]: Toggling unit in Spending Balance or Spending Money screen overrides current value to 20%

Describe the bug

When creating a LN channel via the Quick Setup on either the Spending Balance or Spending Money page (either the page with the slider or manual value entry), tapping the toggle unit button switches between BTC and your other unit (e.g. GBP) but also sets back to the default value of 20% spending. It should only convert the current value and not set back to default.

Reproduce

1. Go to Spending Balance page (tap Pay instantly suggestion on home page -> Quick Setup)
2. Move the slider to something other than 20%
3. Tap the spending balance value
4. Value's unit toggles AND values resets to 20% (bad) AND slider doesn't move to reflect the reset to 20% (bad)
5. Tap "Enter Amount" button to navigate to "Spending Money" page
6. Enter some value in
7. Tap the value or the toggle unit button
8. Value's unit toggles AND value resets to 20% (bad)
