[Feature]: Include recipient info on sent LN transactions that used a reusable address

Describe the problem

Unless sending to a contact, recipient info is not stored in the the sent transaction Activity, e.g. when sending to a lightning address (email format).

Describe the solution

The recipient info is stored for all sent LN transactions for the user to view within the sent transaction Activity. This would be useful for a few reasons including auditing or if the user wants to send again to the same recipient without needing to type the address in again.
