Automatic Legend Positioning

When the users moves the tooltip to the edge of the plot, it disappears behind the plot container overflow. We need to automatically position the tooltip on the left instead of the right in order to keep it visible. We should do this same with top and bottom overflow, ensuring all values on the legend remain visible.
