Delta - Workspace Wipe

I'd like to add a settings menu button that allows the user to wipe all stored Delta data. Because Synnax is in alpha, we're frequently pushing updates that cause incompatible changes, so it's useful to be able to wipe data and restart with a fresh UI.

This button should be guarded by a strong confirm (i.e. need to type in some acknowledgement as well as hit a button). It should also probably restart the UI to make sure the user starts with a clean slate.
