45psi Boost gauge

Hi Shell. I've added an option for a 45psi boost gauge in a copy of the app, and got it up and running on my car. May be something someone else would want at some point. Cheers, Graham

wow, 45psi... that must be a crazy setup! Feel free to initiate a pull request (especially if you plan to incorporate launch control rpm control). I'll repackage and publish giving proper credit to you.
