Catalan & Spanish support

Looking at the code, I've found https://github.com/syniuhin/Readily/blob/master/ui/src/main/java/com/infmme/readilyapp/essential/TextParser.java , so the charsets for ca & es are:

Common to both:

• Standard English ASCII [a-z].
• Special vowels: áéíóú ü

Catalan-specific:

• More special vowels: àèò ï
• C cedilla: ç
• Middle-dot break L. Actually, not a single char, but a special L, but not a word separator (just for completeness): l·l

Spanish-specific

• ñ
• Also, both interrogation and exclamation sentences have opening signs, and might appear nested in other sentences: ¿¡

I filed an issue instead of emailing hoping the thread serves as example for future languages. Do not hesitate asking for anything else if needed. Thank you very much for open sourcing this cool app!

@syniuhin Looks like the project is not getting much love. In case you're no longer interested on it (which is perfectly fine), mind me suggesting you to check adoptoposs? It would be sad to let this useful FLOSS app and all the effort put in to be abandoned.
