Add a centered mode

Sometime with your emphathise system some words are totaly uncentered because the red letter is in the end of the word. It would be great if we could choose to keep the words always centered even if it means that the red letter is not under the visual mark.

Having the words always centered can make it easier to focus your eyes in only one position when reading fast.
