Fatal Error: Error opening pcap file: out of memory

I'm trying to replay this packet capture without any luck. I have tried saving it in other formats via wireshark which by the way will open the packet capture. Any thoughts? I can send you the packet capture if that would help.

sudo tcpreplay -i eth3 EDPTCPDump.pcap sending out eth3 processing file: EDPTCPDump.pcap
