Distributed tcpreplay

Since the amount of traffic a single instance of tcpreplay is limited, users should be able to start up multiple copies of "tcpreplayd" which listen for directions from a controller. The controller would send the pcap file to each daemon and control them (discovery, set rates, initiate & cancel tests, etc).

Requirements:

tcpreplayd - a daemon tcprecontrol - controller for the daemons Handles discovery controls the daemons Strongly suggest using multicast for scalability Using something like http://www.gnu.org/software/libmicrohttpd/ might be really good for the tcpreplayd control channel
