Auto-complete and setup are broken on Windows PowerShell/MINGW64/bash

TL:DR: exec ability to select the role via tags and the auto-setup feature are pretty broken/ugly on Windows when using PowerShell or MINGW64/bash. Should see if I can report these bugs upstream and get them fixed or if I need to devise a work around.

FWIW, looks like go-prompt is no longer being developed. So far I've been unable to find a replacement library to switch to. Highly unlikely this ever gets fixed. PowerShell and MINGW64/bash users should rely on CLI arguments rather than the interactive role selector.
