Add drivers for ReSpeaker mic arrays (seeed-voicecard)

It would be extremely useful if you could add drivers for ReSpeakers as these are commonly used devices for Rhasspy.

It should be very easy and I can prepare a PR if needed, but the process was nicely explained here:

I think this is going to get more complicated with later kernels. I've had to use this fork of the driver repo to get my Respeaker v2 working on the latest Raspberry Pi OS: https://github.com/HinTak/seeed-voicecard
