[Suggestion] Add a default volume option to Media Player or Control Panel component

Currently the default volume is controlled via the relays gameobject. I think this kind-of buries the option and may confuse some people, as it did me. I think this option should be moved to either the Media Player or Control Panel component, whichever you think fits best.
