Provide a "discovery" metadata mechanism for connection creation

The problem

Provide a way to gather metadata during connection creation (sort of what is possible during action creation), this would be useful to present to the citizen integrator preconfigured options ( for example discovered services inside same ocp cluster). see #2765

Expected behavior

Connection creation should have same behaviour of action creation.

We have a "connector-generator" project for generating new connectors based on a connector template and some specification. This seems more of a connection/metadata issue to me. So we might want to extend the metadata connectors provide so they can suggest values when the user creates a connection.

I think the issue here is simpler: when you create a connection you may need to provide a list of services the platform provide so i.e. you want a drop-down menu that list the available kafka services so having the connections step leveraging the syndesis-meta would be enough.

@lburgazzoli actually in this specific case we should have the drop-down menu listing Kafka clusters deployed in ocp with the option of manually specify the url in case the user want to connect to an external Kafka cluster.
