Could not access device ID + Disconnection

Syncthing has been chugging along perfectly for many months now, however I noticed today that my files were not longer syncing. Checked on desktop webui and it said last connection was 3 days ago, and my phone was disconnected. Checking on my phone says for all devices they are "Unknown" in red. And interestingly when I click "Show device ID" in the side menu, I get the error: "Could not access device ID".
