Confusing error message about insufficient space: 1.0% < 1%

I'm getting the error:

Error (insufficient space on disk for database (/data/user/9/....): 1.0 % < 1 %

1.0% < 1% is not true.

This is with version 1.6.1.

I bet this is just display rounding. 0.998462 is < 1 yet will round to 1.0.

You're probably right. I wonder if just "< 1%" would be better. But if you want to close this issue since this is a corner case, this is ok with me too.

I think that spelling out "less than" would even be a bit easier to read for some.
