Don't force quit just because a network isn't available

Hi,

This is related to, but not tied to, issue #1308. It's frustrating that the program doesn't allow interaction unless it detects a network interface that it likes. Some reasons include the following:

• Wi-Fi hotspots (#1308) are valid interfaces too
• Other interfaces can also exist beside Wi-Fi or cellular data
• It becomes impossible to fully quit the program when it doesn't allow interaction

I would instead just show a message letting the user know that no network interface is detected, but allowing them to continue usage otherwise.
