error message, not working with vtpk file

this is arc pro 2.9.1 generated vtpk file, extract it, structure looks good

but run into error message with openVTPK, please advise, what is wrong. node.js v17 installed

@hoogw I'm encountering the same issue. Did you ever figure out a way to work w/ a .vtpk file?

@dcyoung @hoogw You need to unzip the VTPK file first. See https://github.com/syncpoint/openvtpk#what-to-do-before-running-openvtpk
